While some redesigned sedans claim to strictly be new, the 2017 Hyundai Elantra for sale in Dover, DE, is also better – both inside and out. From its commanding style, to its smart features, to its vibrant performance, the Elantra is more than just new. See all the ways the Elantra has improved when you take one for a test drive at Winner Auto.
Starting with the exterior, the 2017 Hyundai Elantra is bound to catch the attention of onlookers, whether it’s in your driveway or cruising down Route 1. Beyond its refreshed style, there are also impressive features – one being the class-exclusive1 hands-free smart trunk2. When your hands are full of groceries from Food Lion, just stand behind the Elantra with the Proximity Key in your purse or pocket for three seconds, and it’ll open automatically to reveal 14.4 cubic ft. of space. During the long winters, your visibility won’t be compromised by snow and ice buildup, thanks to the heated side mirrors. When driving down winding roads at night, the available Dynamic Beam feature turns your headlights with the direction of your steering wheel, and those turns are taken on dramatic 17-inch alloy wheels.
Better styling and features are found on the inside of the 2017 Hyundai Elantra for sale in Dover, DE, as well. For starters, you’ll have more room to stretch out, as the Elantra has more total space and cargo volume than the Ford Focus and the Mazda31. During the winter, no one is left out in the cold thanks to available heated front and rear seats. You can fill your cabin with Vitamin D when you open the tilt-and-slide sunroof and cool down with the dual-zone automatic temperature control system.
Filling the 2017 Elantra with better technology means it’s smarter than ever before. The full-color 8-inch touchscreen brings you the latest in smartphone integration – Apple CarPlay™3 and Android Auto™4. This makes it easier, and safer, to use your favorite mobile apps, ask Siri® for help, send a text message, talk to Google, and more, while your smartphone stays tucked away. Whether you’re streaming your own tunes with Bluetooth®, or discovering new songs with standard SiriusXM® Satellite Radio, you’ll hear each note with crystal-clear clarity through the Infinity® Premium Audio System with eight speakers.
Even the safety features are smarter, as Automatic Emergency Braking now comes with Pedestrian Detection5. Not only can this system brake for when a collision with another vehicle is imminent, but full stopping power is applied when a pedestrian is detected via the camera and radar sensor. There’s also Blind Spot Detection6 with Rear Cross-traffic Alert7. When a vehicle is detected within your blind spot, you’ll receive both an audible and visual warning, so you’re always aware of your surroundings. And as you gear in Reverse, you’ll be warned when vehicles approach from the side, which is sure to come in handy when parking at Dover Mall.
The Hyundai Elantra also gives drivers a performance they won’t soon forget. The 2.0L 4-cylinder engine is lightweight and efficient, achieving 147 horsepower, 132 lb.-ft. of torque, and a fuel rating of 29/38 MPG city/hwy8. And with Drive Mode Select, choose from Normal, Eco, or Sport to customize throttle response and steering effort to your driving style.
New doesn’t always mean better, that is, unless you’re driving the 2017 Hyundai Elantra for sale in Dover, DE. It’s time you made this revamped sedan your own. Visit Winner Auto today to learn more!

2 The smart trunk will open when the smart key is within 40 inches of the detection area for at least 3 seconds. Radio transmitters and other vehicle smart keys may interfere in normal operation of the feature. Please consult Owner’s Manual for further details. Make sure you close the trunk before driving.

5 Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) with Pedestrian Detection detects pedestrians, but not in all conditions. The system initiates full braking at speeds between 5-28 mph when a pedestrian is standing, or from 5-43 mph when a pedestrian is moving. AEB is not a substitute for safe driving. See Owner’s Manual for details and limitations.

6 The Blind Spot Detection assists the driver by warning of other cars in the blind spot region. It senses the rear side territory of the vehicle when it is traveling over 20 mph. Lane Change Assist provides an audible and visual alert if the turn signal is activated and another vehicle in the blind spot is sensed. The turn signals must be activated for the Lane Change Assist to function. There are limitations to the function, range, detection and clarity of the system. It will not detect all vehicles or objects in the blind spot. Its operation depends on the size, distance, angle and relative speed difference between your car and other cars. Blind Spot Detection and Lane Change Assist may not operate if sensors are obscured in any way. Do not rely exclusively on Blind Spot Detection. Blind Spot Detection is a supplemental system and the driver must still be attentive and exercise caution when driving with it. It is important to always signal, look over your shoulder and through your mirrors before changing lanes. It is the driver’s responsibility to be aware of the surroundings and ensure it is clear before changing lanes or directions. Blind Spot Detection is only meant to assist the driver in these responsibilities.
7 The Rear Cross-traffic Alert system is designed to notify drivers of approaching cross-traffic behind the vehicle. When a vehicle is detected, it provides an audible warning and visual display warning. Rear Cross-traffic Alert is a supplemental system and the driver must still exercise extreme caution when backing up. Drivers must always turn and view oncoming traffic before backing up.
Rear Cross-traffic Alert is active when the vehicle is in reverse and backing at a speed less than 6 mph. It may not detect all vehicles, depending on the size, angle, distance and speed of the other vehicle. In addition, Rear Cross-traffic Alert does not detect stationary objects or slow moving objects near the car, including pedestrians (including children), shopping carts, bicycles or baby strollers. The sensor will not function if it is blocked by foreign material, bicycle racks, luggage carriers, bumper stickers, mud or snow. Please see Owner’s Manual for additional information.
