Established in 1973 by founder John Hynansky as Holiday Lincoln Mercury in Wilmington, Delaware, the group has grown considerably over the last several decades, expanded overseas, and diversified into other industries.
Today, Winner Auto is just one part of a global business that also includes real estate, construction, and agriculture. Our experience across continents and throughout many industries has taught us much about customer service. It’s also given us the resources to offer our customers a better automotive buying and servicing experience than any other competitors.

As we’ve built our operations throughout Delaware, Winner Auto has expanded to Europe, where we are the official representative of the Ford, Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover, Bentley, MG, and Renault brands. overseeing nearly 50 independently owned and operated dealerships.
Through it all, our single-minded dedication to customer satisfaction has helped countless people have a winning experience at our facilities.
Winner in Europe
1992
The company “Winner” has obtained an official status of dealer of Ford Motor Co. In Ukraine
shortly after the republic declared its independence.
1997
Our construction outfit "Winner Construction" was founded,
building Ford's first showroom in Ukraine that same year.
2000
"Winner imports Ukraine" becomes an authorized importer Volvo cars in Ukraine
Thanks to the hard work of "Winner" as one of the leading companies in the Ukraininan car market
2004-2005
The company represented the iconic world-wide cars of premium brands Jaguar, Land Rover, Porsche to Ukrainian market
In the late 2005 Winner Imports Ukraine represented 5 brands at a time
2007
The 15th Anniversary of “Winner”
The company crossed the line in 25 000 of sold cars for all period of the company existence
2014
“Winner” opens the unique concept dealership “Porsche center Kyiv Airport”
The total number of dealerships throughout Ukraine exceeded 50 centers
2016
“Winner” opens the unique concept dealership “Porsche center Kyiv Airport”
and becomes an exclusive representative of the brand in Ukraine
2017
“Winner” crossed the line in 120 000 of sold cars,
and paid 1 billion US dollars of taxes to the budget, and received 4 awards for the conscientious fulfillment of tax obligations

The Jaguar land rover's largest concept dealership is officially opened,
which marks a new chapter of brands Jaguar Land Rover in Ukraine.
2019
The largest Bentley concept dealership in Europe is officially opened,
located on Boryspil road
2021
The company "Winner imports Ukraine" signed an overseas distribution agreement with Saic Motor International Co.
and became an official distributor responsible for developing the MG Brand in Ukraine.

A Strong Tradition of Giving
The Michael and Ericka Hynansky Family Foundation was established in 2015 by Mr. Michael Hynansky and his wife Mrs. Ericka Hynansky. The foundation is a means of giving back to the community in which they live and work and for establishing a giving framework for their two young daughters and future generations. Over that time, the foundation has given millions of dollars to worthy causes, especially those helping children, throughout our community.
